Refund policy
Archery Close offers hassle‑free returns and refunds on eligible in‑stock merchandise purchased online or in our Stowe, Vermont showroom. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. We only accept exchanges on FULL PRICED CLOTHING ITEMS.
SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (Effective November 18th, 2025 through January 5th, 2026):
Online Store Policy:
We have a 7-day refund policy on full priced clothing and footwear, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund to your credit card. If your item is returned after 7 days of receipt but within 30 days of the purchase date, your return is eligible for store credit or exchange only. You can return the item(s) to our physical location at 1650 Mountain Road or ship them back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer must pay for return shipping to the store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are not accepted on sale items and ALL non-clothing items (shoes, handbags, jewelry, perfume, and gifts).
To start a return, you can contact us at info@archeryclose.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In-store Return Policy:
Item(s) purchased in-store are eligible for refund for 3 days from date of purchase. After 3 days, items are ONLY eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. You can return the item(s) to our physical location at 1650 Mountain Road or ship them back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer must pay for return shipping to the store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, non-clothing items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or receive an email with store credit information. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
